OPENING AND CLOSING REMARKS

The virtual meetings started at 11:00am to discuss matters to do with the renewal of the permit.
The chairman Dr. David Timmons McCall welcomed all the members and informed them that the reason for convening the meeting was to discuss the renewal of Permit to operate Antioch Ministries International Uganda.
The chairman, further informed the members that the permit to operate AMIU was issued on the 14^th day of August, 2019 for a term of 5 years and is due to expire on the 14^th day of August, 2024.
All the members at the meeting were in agreement with the proposal to renew the permit for another period of 5 years.
It was anonymously resolved that an application be submitted to the NGO so that the permit can be renewed.

The meeting was adjourned and closed in prayer.
